Most people fail to realize that as different as our individual goals may be, they really are the all the same. We all want the same end result no matter what you have on your “to do list” or “vision board” and the one goal that drives all other goals is: To feel good our ultimate destination.

The Third Key is: Calculated Action
Without action everything comes to a halt, without calculated action you have a misguided movement wrought with confusion and most likely chaos. This is why so many organizations with great intentions dwindle away or implode.
We will always execute our agenda with calculated action, there is no other way. We are One with God, will not lose!

The intention of this organization is to create awareness, amongst misinterpretation, preconception & misinformation… By reviewing perspectives to reconstruct an industry flawed by lack of derived understanding. We will no longer conform to industry “Customaries and Usual-ties” We will impress upon old acceptation with new structure and foundation.
The principles we are constructed upon are that of inspiration, respect & love, the basis for all human interaction. With a level of intellect to determine what is desired and what isn’t. As we navigate through the Storm that “Life” presents itself as, we will all be bound by that unifying factor that none of us will be exempt of…… PEACE, LOVE & HAPPINESS!

Where there is education there is understanding. When you understand you can focus on direction and prioritize the agenda by order of importance. You can also converse with confidence intelligently which draws respect and even admiration from those with opposing opinions.

- Motivators– Those that have acquired their own business, reached a level of education and respect to mentor others (general contractors, public adjusters)
- Organizers– Those that are in positions of determining the facts for us to act upon. (lawyers, public adjusters, engineers, appraisers)
- Dirty Hands– Those that do the work themselves hands on in the field. (subcontractors, installers)
- Entertainers– Those that play the role of informant for those looking seeking information or entertainment (sales reps, manufacturers, trainers/coaches)
